Our footwear is meticulously crafted using premium-grade leather, ensuring unparalleled quality. Through a meticulous process of vegetable tanning, our leathers undergo a transformation, becoming increasingly supple and luxurious with each use.

"Are Brador shoes suitable for everyone?"

Every foot is unique, which is why we strive to create footwear that suits everyone.

Each shoe, based on its specific characteristics, may be more or less suitable for a particular foot type.

If you tend to have a wide foot, we recommend going up one size, while if you have a very narrow and slim foot, you can go down one size.

Shipping throughout America is free, as per the instructions provided by the merchant. At checkout, customers will only be charged for the sandal itself.

Our footwear is meticulously crafted in Italy using the finest quality materials.

However, to offer our American customers a quicker and more efficient service, we've established a warehouse in New Yersey dedicated to handling order shipments.

Delivery is extremely fast, usually between 2 and 5 days.

'' Do you ship outside the Usa?''

"How can I check the status of my order?"

When we ship your order, we always send you an email with the tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your order whenever and however you want.

If you haven't received it, we recommend checking your spam folder.

''Can I modify my order after it has been completed?''

If you realize that you have made a mistake in size or model for any reason, no problem, contact us immediately at produzione@brador.it. If the order has not been shipped, it will be promptly replaced with the correct model.

If you realize that you made a mistake in your order only after the merchandise has been shipped, please follow the instructions below regarding the procedure for making an exchange/return.

"Is the return free of charge?"

Returning an item for a size or model exchange is free of charge.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product and should not have been damaged or altered in any way, or used as the sole external packaging.

If the customer receives defective merchandise or there are errors in shipments by BRADOR, they are required to follow the same instructions mentioned above. BRADOR reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and covering the shipping expenses for the return of the merchandise to their facilities.

BRADOR-approved resi must be shipped from the same country of origin as the original order.

If you choose to return your items, please note that BRADOR reserves the right to only accept returns shipped with the courier specified in the email instructions. This is to avoid any additional costs for BRADOR or the need to pick up the items from a courier branch.

-BRADOR reserves the right to not refund any customs expenses incurred due to the return of the merchandise.

-BRADOR also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the specified conditions. In these cases, the merchandise will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, European legislation for distance commerce applies.

"What is the procedure to follow for making an exchange or return?"

Do you want to change or return your order? Here's the procedure to follow:

  • Contact us via email at produzione@brador.it and inform us about the reason for the exchange or return, providing the order number (which can be found in the order confirmation email).
  • After receiving all the necessary information, the footwear and accessories must be returned along with their original box, which in turn must be carefully packaged..
  • Once the return reaches our headquarters and the product integrity is verified, we will promptly send you a new pair by email with the updated tracking information (in case of an exchange), or we will process your refund (in case of a return).

"I want to exchange for a different size, but the size I need is currently unavailable."

If your desired size is currently not available, please contact our customer service at produzione@brador.it. They will inform you if the size will be restocked.

If the requested size is not available again or you do not want to wait for it to become available, you can either exchange the product or request a refund. In any case, we will always try to find the solution that best satisfies you.

''Can I return a product I received as a gift?''

Yes, returning a purchased item as a gift will result in a refund to the original buyer's credit card.

If you receive a gift item and want to return it, simply follow the instructions on how to ship the product back. It's a straightforward process and return shipping is free.

"How long does it take for me to receive my refund?"

The refund will be immediately executed upon receipt of the merchandise and after verifying its integrity. The technical processing times for the refund depend on the payment methods used (PayPal, Credit Card, bank transfer).

"Can I return a product purchased online at a physical store?"

We regret to inform you that currently we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products purchased online in our stores.

"What are the payment methods?"

We accept the following payment methods:

-credit and prepaid cards

-paypal

-bank transfer. In this case, the order will be shipped as soon as we receive the bank transfer on our current account. However, please note that if we do not receive the payment within 7 days, we will be forced to cancel your order.

"Is cash-on-delivery payment available?"

We apologize, but we currently do not accept this payment method.

"I received a discount code, how can I use it?"

If you have received a discount code via email or through other social channels, remember to use it during checkout. You will find a specific space to enter it.

"How can I take care of my shoes?"

Take proper care of the leather on our shoes, just like we would with our skin. We recommend the following:

  • Avoid exposing footwear to direct sources of heat for extended periods of time; Instead of using chemical substances, it is preferable to clean the leather with a slightly damp cloth; Store your footwear in dry places inside the Brador box.
