PAYMENT METHODS

  • **BANK TRANSFER**

By choosing the payment method via Bank Transfer, at the conclusion of the order, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation email containing BRADOR's bank details, after which the merchandise will be set aside pending receipt of the bank transfer. The customer is required to send a copy of the payment via email within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. If BRADOR does not receive a copy of the payment within that period, the order will be canceled. We will ship the order when the bank transfer reaches our bank account and as soon as the merchandise is available in our warehouse.

By choosing the PayPal payment method, the customer can pay directly through their PayPal account.

**PROMOTIONAL CODES**

Customers who have received a promotional code to use on BRADORSHOP.US via newsletters, through social networks, or on approved promotional websites can enter this code during checkout. Each code has a start and end date of validity, and this time limit cannot be extended in any way.

**SHIPPING METHODS**

Shipping to the Usa is always free of charge. Shipping outside of the Usa is possible on our website: www.brador.it

Packages destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the merchandise. All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items.

DELIVERY TIMES

**AVAILABLE ITEMS:**

Items that are already available are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of the order. During sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.

BRADOR is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and checks or for reasons of force majeure beyond BRADOR's control.

 **ORDER DELIVERY**

Upon the arrival of the merchandise, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing for the successful delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the packaging appears tampered with or the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are requested to sign the receipt with a reservation, or to refuse the delivery.

If the delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact BRADOR at produzione@brador.it.

If the package is damaged or if part of the merchandise is missing inside, the packaging must be retained for further verification. Any dispute regarding damages, shortages, or delivery to the wrong address must be reported to BRADORSHOP.US within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date as indicated on the courier's website; otherwise, it will not be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with BRADORSHOP.US and are therefore committed to accepting the delivery of their package.

If the package is not delivered due to reasons beyond the customer's control (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund owed to the customer.

**SHIPPING INSURANCE**

BRADOR shipments can be insured against theft and accidental damage with an additional fee added to the order. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.

**RETURNS**

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items must be returned within 28 days from the date of receiving the merchandise by sending a pre-notification email to produzione@brador.it. Please note that without prior notice of size exchange or return, we may not be able to fulfill your request. After 28 days, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

- Returns without a size exchange are at the customer's expense.

- Size exchanges are free of charge

**TERMS AND CONDITIONS**

All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged or altered in any way or used as the sole external packaging.

In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise or there are shipping errors by BRADOR, it is required to follow the instructions mentioned above BRADOR reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and covering the shipping costs for the return of the merchandise to its premises.

Authorized returns by BRADOR must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.

BRADOR reserves the right not to accept returns shipped by couriers other than those indicated in the return instructions email if the delivery results in additional costs for BRADOR or requires pickup from a courier branch.

BRADOR also reserves the right not to refund any customs fees related to the return of merchandise.

BRADOR also reserves the right to reject unauthorized or non-compliant returns in any way. In these cases, the merchandise will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, European distance selling regulations apply.
